If you have never had a classic Canadian Beaver Tail you are missing out! The dough is light and airy yet crispy and not overly sweet. The cinnamon sugar coating on the outside provides just the right amount of sweetness. A true Canadian Classic that can be found at every fair or carnival!
If you have a microwave and 10 minutes you can make this dessert! The night before the big game prep the fudge in the microwave and let it set in the fridge over night. Come game day just slice and serve.
