Pierogi with Cajun Dip Recipe

These pierogi are the perfect mix of crunch with a creamy inside and tangy smokey dipping sauce.

Pierogi are often pan fried in oil and tossed with fried onions and bacon. These are delicious but sometimes I am looking for a quick finger food or appetizer for a get together.

These crispy perogies are the handheld version of pan fried perogies. No need to worry about a greasy exterior. These are a tasty finger food with a tangy smokey dip.
