Air Fried Pierogi with Cajun Dip

with a smokey tangy Cajun Dip! These are a great appetizer for a dinner party or main dish served with a salad.

Perogies

fresh or frozen pierogi (1 bag or box)

vegetable oil
(or cooking oil of choice)

salt

smoked paprika

garlic powder

tablespoon
chipotle chili pepper powder
Cajun Dip

sour cream

teaspoon
smoked paprika

teaspoon
garlic powder

onion powder

(or to taste)

Instructions
In a large bowl combine salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and chipotle chili pepper powder. Pour in the oil and stir to combine. Set aside.
In a large pot of boiling water, cook pierogi until they float. Approximately 5-10 minutes for frozen pierogi, or 2-5 minutes for fresh.
Drain the cooked perogies and toss with the seasoned oil until evenly coated.
Set air fryer to 400°F and cook perogies until golden brown. Approximately 10 minutes, flipping them half way through cooking.
Cajun Dip
Combine all ingredients and stir until completely incorporated. Chill until ready to use.
