- Carefully slice the broccoli and cauliflower into very small bite sized pieces. You can also use your hands to break it up into small bite sized Pieces. Place the cut pieces into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl or jar, add all of the dressing ingredients. Stir or shake until evenly combined. Season to tase with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli and cauliflower. Toss until evenly coated.
- Add in the cooked bacon, cheese, red onion, and green onions. Toss until evenly combined. Serve and enjoy!

After storing the fridge in the salad for 1 day the vegetables will still have some crunch to them. After 2-3 days the vegetables will begin to soften which is delicious also! - ½ cup cooked bacon (about 8 slices cooked and crumbled)
