Tips for the Best Boursin Bruschetta Dip
- Flavor Variations - we love this dip because you can swap the cheese to a different flavor. Boursin herb and garlic pairs great with the bruschetta toppings, you can also use shallot and chive, basil and chive, cracked black pepper, or caramelized onion and herbs flavored Boursin.
- For Serving - the tomatoes in the bruschetta topping will give off water as they sit. If you are making the dip in advance we recommend waiting to add the bruschetta topping and balsamic glaze until just before serving.
