Tips and Tricks
Can I use natural peanut butter? I do not recommend using natural peanut butter because the peanut butter can end up separating while melting and the squares will not set or harden.
Should I use chunky or smooth peanut butter? Yes, I prefer chunky as it adds an extra texture into the square but smooths works too!
How do I store Rice Krispie squares? Store in an air tight container, Ziploc bag or individually wrap each square in plastic wrap for a grab and go snack!

Looks fabulous - does it harden & have a good crunch to it? We don't like soft rice krispies & am still searching for our go to recipe. Thanks

Yes they do harden. If you prefer crunchy rice krispies you can press them extra compact into the baking dish. This will ensure they are crunchy and not soft.
