Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a food process and puree until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with your desired garnishes.
Serve with warm pitas and/or vegetable sticks to dip.
Notes
You can core and roast your own red peppers in the oven, or use store-bought red peppers in a jar. To roast at home, brush pepper with oil and roast on a baking pan or wrapped in foil until tender.
