The easiest one pan 20 minute dinner! Teriyaki salmon and vegetables is so easy and delicious. Tender salmon baked in sweet and tangy teriyaki sauce. All baked in one sheet pan with cauliflower, broccoli and red peppers.

Ingredients
6
salmon fillets (approx. 5 oz each)
,
or 1 - 1.5 lb whole salmon fillet or sliced into pieces
1
cup
broccoli florets
1
cup
cauliflower florets
1
red pepper
,
sliced into large pieces
2
tbsp
oil
,
or cooking oil of choice
salt and pepper
,
to taste
½
cup
teriyaki sauce
,
homemade or store bought
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with edges with parchment paper.
If desired, slice whole salmon fillet into serving size pieces, or use pre-sliced salmon fillets.
Toss broccoli, cauliflower and pepper in the oil and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the pieces of salmon in a line down the center of the lined baking sheet.
Add the vegetables on both sides of the salmon.
Spoon teriyaki sauce over the salmon to evenly coat the top.
Spoon a small amount of teriyaki sauce over the vegetables.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and fork tender.
Drizzle the salmon and vegetable with additional teriyaki sauce as needed during baking.
Serve and enjoy!
