Pizza Egg Rolls are a fun twist on two clastic dishes! Crispy egg roll wrappers filled with cheese, pizza sauce and all your favorite pizza toppings. Instead of rolling out pizza dough, just grab a pack of egg roll wrappers and get the family involved in rolling up their own pizza egg rolls for dinner!

Ingredients
12egg roll wrappers
2tbspoil, for cooking
12slicesmozzarella, or 6 mozzarella cheese strings cut in half
1/2cuppizza sauce
Pizza Toppings for Filling (Any Combination of your Favorite Toppings)
1/2cupmushrooms, diced
1/2cupred pepper, diced
1/2cuponion, diced
1/2cuppepperoni, or salumi, diced
Instructions
Assemble the Egg Rolls
To assemble the egg rolls place one slice of cheese in the center of the egg roll wrappers and top with 1-2 teaspoons of each of your favorite pizza toppings. Top with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce.
Dip your finger in water and wet the edges of the egg roll wrapper.
Fold in two opposite corners to the center and then tightly roll.
Repeat with remaining egg roll wrappers.
Cook the Egg Rolls
AIR FRYER COOKING METHODBrush both sides of the egg rolls with oil and Air Fry at 400°F for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
STOVE TOP COOKING METHODHeat a deep pot with oil on medium heat. Fry the egg rolls in small batches for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
OVEN BAKING METHODBrush the egg rolls with oil on both sides. Place directly on a sheet pan lined with tin foil OR on a sheet pan with a baking rack. Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Flip halfway through cooking and brush with more oil as needed.
Allow the egg rolls to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving, the filling will be very hot. Serve with pizza sauce to dip and enjoy!

AIR FRYER REHEATING METHODAir Fry the cooked egg rolls at 400°F for 2-3 minutes, flipping halfway through. The egg roll wrapper will get crispy on the outside.OVEN REHEATING METHODPlace cooked egg rolls directly on a sheet pan lined with tin foil OR on a sheet pan with a rack. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes. Flip halfway through reheating.
